I wrote this report for my Advanced Engineering Psychology class. I reviewed 24 academic articles on the usability of government websites in the U.S. on local, state, and federal level. The final report covers common usability issues, common accessibility issues, relationship between usability and accessibility, and factors that influence usability and accessibility.
